Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Utah Top 50 website, platform, or events (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parent or guardian consent. Coach accounts require verification and are subject to approval.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@utahtop50.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent nominations, invitation requests, or player information.
• Impersonate any person, coach, school, or organization.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse contact information or player data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Use the Services in violation of applicable law or NCAA / NFHS / UHSAA rules.

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, film links, evaluations, profile information). By submitting content, you grant Utah Top 50 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

• Paid subscription tiers are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account page.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

All Utah Top 50 events are free admission for spectators. Participation as a player is by invitation. Utah Top 50 reserves the right to determine eligibility, format, and schedule for all events.

Player rankings, scores, badges, and evaluations reflect our subjective assessment based on the information available to us. They are opinions, not guarantees of ability or recruiting outcomes, and may be updated or revised at any time.

The Services integrate with third-party providers (payment, email, analytics, hosting). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or at our discretion. You may close your account at any time from your account page.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utah Top 50, its owners, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Utah Top 50 harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
