The Event
The Utah Top 50 NXT Camp is where rising players get better. Most fall events are about being seen — NXT is built to actually move a player forward, then put them in games to prove it.
Over two days, players rotate through skill development, positional work, and Basketball IQ sessions on the court, plus Mental Performance training with Ace Seljaas — the kind of coaching and teaching that changes how a player performs. Then every team, coached by high-level coaches, plays four guaranteed games against four different opponents where it all comes together.
NXT is the event for the rising high school player who's ready to put in the work, take a real step forward before the high school season, and get evaluated at a Utah Top 50 standard. Top performers are tracked by our selection committee and earn priority consideration for future Elite League invitations.
What's Included
What to Expect
Get a feel for the competition, level of play, and atmosphere at a Utah Top 50 event.
The NXT Pathway
Every year, multiple NXT participants earn Elite League invitations for the following season. The selection committee reviews NXT evaluations alongside other data points when building the next Elite League roster. Your performance here matters.
How to Register
NXT is open to all Grades 9–11 players in Utah — any player ready to compete, develop, and be evaluated. Registration is first-come, first-served with a cap to ensure quality. Players nominated on our Nomination Board receive priority registration.
What is the T50 Score?
The T50 Score is Utah Top 50's 0–100 composite player rating. Every player evaluated at a Utah Top 50 event receives one. It's built from six categories — scoring, playmaking, defense, athleticism, basketball IQ, and intangibles — scored by our coaching staff, then combined with verified physical testing data and performance stats. It isn't a subjective ranking or an opinion. It's a transparent, data-backed score you earn on the floor, and it lives permanently on your T50 Player Intelligence Platform profile.

Spectator Policy
Bring your family, your teammates, your community. Every Utah Top 50 game is free to attend. No gate fees. No ticket purchases. We believe families shouldn't have to pay to watch their kids play.
