Utah Top 50 operates the website at utahtop50.com and related basketball camps, showcases, and evaluation events for high school athletes in Utah.

• Information you submit: name, email, phone, school, graduation year, position, parent/guardian details, and other information provided through nomination, invitation-request, contact, coach-registration, or player-profile forms.
• Player profile content: photos, evaluations, statistics, and film links that you or a coach upload to the platform.
• Payment information: when you subscribe, payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store card numbers on our servers.
• Account and authentication data: email, hashed credentials, and session tokens used to sign you in.
• Automatically collected data: IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, and referral source, collected through standard web logs and analytics.
• Attribution data: UTM campaign parameters captured when you arrive from a marketing link.

• To operate the website, evaluate players, and run our events.
• To respond to nominations, invitation requests, and contact-form messages.
• To send transactional emails (confirmations, verification, account updates).
• To administer coach accounts and verify eligibility.
• To process subscription payments and manage billing.

Utah Top 50 exists to identify and develop high school basketball players, many of whom are under 18. We collect youth information only in connection with participation in our events or platform. Parents and guardians may contact info@utahtop50.com to review, correct, or request deletion of a minor's information.

Player names, schools, graduation years, positions, evaluations, and rankings may appear on public pages (including the nomination board and player directory). Detailed contact information is not published, and coach contact requests require parent or player approval before information is shared.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, as needed to operate our events, and as required to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time; some records may be retained in backups or where required by law.
