Why This Camp

Learn it. Rep it. Play it.

High-Level Coaching

Grouped by age and skill level, led by Utah Top 50 staff.

Real games

Every camper plays 4 games.

Measured & evaluated

BAM Combine testing plus a T50 player profile and written evaluation.

Real skill development

12 focused breakdown sessions (6 offense + 6 defense) across the camp.

Custom jersey included

Every player gets a custom camp jersey to keep.

Master the basics

We start from full-court 5v5, break the game down to the fundamentals, then build back up — so players actually learn the why, not just run drills.

Teach, then rep

Every skill station is coach-led: teach first, then players get extended reps.

The Event

Every elite player started somewhere. The Junior High Potential Camp, part of the Utah Top 50 Elite Junior program, is where the journey begins for the next generation of Utah basketball talent.

This 3-day camp is designed for boys in grades 4–8 who are serious about improving their basketball skills and being identified early in the Utah Top 50 development pathway. Players receive structured, age-appropriate skill instruction from experienced coaches, compete in organized games, and earn a T50 player profile and written evaluation. Their full Player Intelligence Platform profile will be available when it launches.

This is not a recreational camp. It's a development experience designed for young players who want to work hard, learn, and start building toward future NXT and Elite League invitations.

Long-Term Development Pathway

One profile. Multiple years of evidence.

  1. Junior High Potential Camp (Grades 4–8)
  2. Junior Academy Sessions
  3. NXT Camp (High School)
  4. Elite League (Top 50)
  5. Find Your Fit (College)

Your child's High Potential evaluation becomes the first data point in a development profile that can track their growth over multiple years. Players who attend the Junior High Potential Camp at age 10 and eventually earn an Elite League invitation at age 16 have a documented development trajectory that college coaches find incredibly valuable.

For Parents

A different kind of youth camp.

The Junior High Potential Camp includes high-level coaching, focused offensive and defensive skill breakdowns, organized games, and BAM Combine testing. Players are grouped by age and skill, with coach-led teaching followed by extended reps. Every camper earns a T50 player profile and written evaluation highlighting strengths and next steps. Admission is free for parents and families.
